Like the much more famous Grand Canyon in the US, Black Canyon of the Gunnison has both a South Rim and a North Rim. And in both parks it takes hours to drive around from one to the other. Although we left Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park just after noon today after a bunch of short hikes this morning we're not done with it. We left the south rim.
